Pierre Lon - So Great!
"I am extremely happy with my Vox. I got it because I am constantly reading for school, and I wanted to be able to take a break from reading every-so-often... This is awesome because I can play games on it, read magazines, graphic novels... So great! I have not had any of the problems listed previously. Kobo has done a lot to enhance the Vox in the last little while, so maybe they have ironed out most of the kinks... It is definitely worthwhile to try it out"!

Roy McMurray - Exactly what you need
"Good selection of books, the color is a nice touch. Being able to read PDF files is handy, especially as a researcher. Hopefully the next update adds to the battery life a bit more. Mindful that it's an eReader, not a Tablet though".

Daniela Mancini - Very happy with it
"I can't complain about the Vox. I just bought it, and so far I'm pretty happy with it. I was debating about forking out the extra money to get a tablet....but with the holidays and everything I decided to buy something a little more wallet friendly. It does the job great! Love that it fits in my purse :) The fact that I can get it in pink is also a bonus! There's also a free book a month starting in Jan, which I'm looking forward to"!

Slyvia Summers - So far enjoying the Kobo Vox eReader
"I had it for a few days only, but so far, I really enjoy the new Kobo Vox. For an avid reader the reading experience is smooth, the device is responsive, and I am beginning to get in to the reading life stats. Kobo Vox fits nicely in the palms of your hands and typing on the device is really smooth".

Andrew Buckley  - A great little device for a great price
"I've had mine for several weeks and use it daily. If you're looking for an e-reader first and a tablet second or even if you're looking for a low end tablet then this device is perfect. If you're looking for basic media playback, streaming video, gaming apps, and social media then the Vox will be ideal and retailing at only $200 it's a great deal".

Thomas Hudson - Love the Vox!
"I absolutely love the Vox eReader! I bought one for me and my girlfriend. The price was right. We both love it. I really like that it's a Android. I watch Netflix on it and everything, runs great! We haven't had any problems with it. For a ereader, it runs great. I'm going to buy one for my folks for Christmas".

Emil Z. - Not perfect but very good
"First of all, all of you who do not own a Vox, please do not be put off by negative comments. You can always return it.
I had a chance to play with VOX for a while and quite frankly I did not experience most of the problems that I read about. Or maybe I am just being realistic...? Is it slow? well it is not as fast as ipad, but it is not supposed to be! is it e-ink? no, but nobody told it is e-ink. Do you have access to Android marketplace? No, but you still have access to much more than you will probably need. Yes there have been problems with waking up the device, but now there is a new firmware out that fixes that. etc. And I am saying all this as an ipad owner and a gadget geek. For reading books I prefer e-ink, so in that sense Vox is not my first choice. As for the tablet functions, it makes me think. It is really portable, easy to use, expandable memory, etc. For reading emails, browsing, using calendar, social networking, reading newspaper, etc. it is an excellent toy even if you own something like an ipad. You have to be realistic what to expect for $200. And for that money you get a lot by buying a vox"!
